YYU Technopark INC. It was established in 2012 and started its activities in 2013 according to the decision of the Council of Ministers which was published in the Official Gazette dated 27.08.2008 and numbered 26980. YYÜ Teknokent is the only technology development zone in the province of Van. It serves in the building which is located within the boundaries of Yüzüncü Yıl University as Technology Development Zone. YYÜ Technopolis Inc. ' The total area of ​​the administrative and hatchery building was built on 220 acres with a closed area of ​​3450 m2.
